Federal target program for Nuclear and Radiation Safety in 2016 – 2035
CALL FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE IS OPEN UNTIL MAY 15, 2025
General information

A total of 11 all-Union and all-Russian scientific conferences on radiation protection and radiation safety were held in 1974-2021. The two recent ones (the X and the XI Conference) dedicated to the implementation of the Federal Target Program Nuclear and Radiation Safety in 2016-2020 and up to 2035 attracted over 400 scientists and specialists from Russia and abroad, including 5 members of the Russian Academy of Sciences and about 100 DSc and PhD. Up to 200 thematic reports were presented at the Conference sessions.

In October 2025, the XII International Conference on Radiation Protection and Radiation Safety in Nuclear Technologies will be held in Moscow with the support of the Rosatom State Corporation, the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Federal Medical-Biological Agency of the Russian Federation, Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia and Nuclear Safety Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The Conference will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Russian nuclear industry with a reference to the advancement in nuclear and radiation safety.
